How can I add a FAQ page to my custom theme?

Hello, I have a custom Shopify theme that doesn’t have a FAQ page. I have downloaded an app that allows me to create an FAQ page in the top menu, but I also want a FAQ page in my ‘template’ section. Is there an app or some code I could enter for this? Thanks

Hello Frosty,

Please Follow the steps to create a FAQ page and template.

Create a new Page Template:

  • Go to your Shopify Admin dashboard.
  • Navigate to Online Store > Themes.
  • Find your current theme and click on “Actions” > “Edit code”.
  • In the left sidebar, under “Templates”, click “Add a new template”.
  • Choose “Page” from the dropdown menu.
  • Name your new template, e.g., “faq-template”.
  • Click “Create template”.
