How can I add a gift card recipient information form to a third party theme?

I am creating a gift card product on Shopify and i want to add the gift card recipient information form fields, the default ones. However, I am using a third party theme (vela) and when i go to the product page>Buy buttons block, the “Show recipient information” is not there.

I understand this is a theme issue but i need this function, is there a way to add this to the code without interupting the website? I am not a coder so will need assistance.
