How can I add a login/register option to my header menu?

How can i add a log in / register option on the header menu.

So currently i have only “Join our + membership” but i´ve seen some online stores have both log in and register in the same section.

How could i add this to my Refresh theme.

So the “Kirjaudu / Rekisteröidy” is the option im
