How can I add a logo to the bottom of my footer in the Dawn theme?

I’m looking to add my icon to the centre bottom of my footer in the Dawn theme. I have attached the images of what I’m looking for below. I have added the png to my Shopify files as well. My website is skiptheopticians.com

Any help to solving this would be greatly appreciated!
