How can I add a shipping time frame note to the checkout screen?

Hello, I need to add additional text to the checkout screen. I am getting some customer complaints about shipping times from over seas. The time frame is noted in the product description and in the follow up email I send, but customers clearly are not tuning into that bright red note in either place. I would like to embed a shipping time frame text/note directly under the checkout price.

Actually, to edit/customize on the checkout page, you need to use/enable Shopify Plus.

So you can contact Shopify to support this problem.
