How can I add an asset only to the Thank You page using curl?

I want to add a asset to thank you page only. Since users use difference theme, how can I add asset to Thank you page only?

I want to add something like this to Thank you page.

Can you give me an example using curl?

You can’t customize the Checkout page. this features is available only for the Shopify Plus Merchants.
