Hi, I want to know how I can add " customer credit amount ’ to my website and also how to add " Cash on delivery fees " to my website

Unfortunately I’m not sure how to help you with customer credits, but I can help you with the additional fee for Cash on Delivery.
Shopify does not have an option to add additional fees for COD, but you can use our app Releasit Cash On Delivery Fee which allows you to create a custom extra charge for Cash on Delivery that will be automatically added to all your COD orders!
The app also allows you to create an optional instructions message for Cash on Delivery where you can explain to your customers how they should prepare for their payment (which is really useful to improve delivery rates).
