How can I add external links to my gym's Shopify site without redirecting?

Hello,

I am desiging a gym website for my company and I have an external website that displays daily schedule. is it possible to add a tab in shopify named schedule and add the link so that when a user clicks on the tab it show the schedule from the link but he wont get out of the shopify website?
