This section is called “Bubble Navigation”. It’s a section and it’s custom coded by Shopify developers. Some themes already have this section by default and some themes don’t. If your theme doesn’t have this section then you might have to custom code it. If you’re not familiar with coding then I would highly suggest you to hire a Shopify developer who can help you out in coding this section.
