I can´t figure how to add sections into my header as shown below,can someone help me out?

The sections in the header you are referring to come from the “Main Menu” as defined in the Admin > Online Store > Navigation. To learn more about menus and links in your navigation please click on this direct link.
Steps to add menu items:

From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Navigation.

On the Navigation page, click the title of the menu that you want to edit.

Click Add menu item.

Enter a name for the menu item.

Click the Link field, and then enter the web address

Click Add to save your menu item.

Click Save menu.
I also want to clarify how these links are displayed in your store will depend on your store’s theme and layout. Therefore, make sure to review the various themes available for you to choose the look you want.
