How can I add text above the newsletter section heading?

I would like to know how can I add a text above the heading “Subscribe…”

Hi,

You can find to that part, it can is the block and at here has setting so you add more text into setting field. If it is not setting field you need go to footer.liquid file then find to newsletter part and add to text here.
