So I run a business in germany in the food and beverage industry and the taxes are 7% not 19%. I cant find where I can change that. Shopify automatically has set up 19% for my tax.

You can create tax overrides to control how much tax you want to charge for a particular product. However, before doing so, we’d recommend always checking with a local tax authority to make sure that you are charging the correct taxes. Once you’re ready to create the overrides, simply start by creating a manual collection for the products that require the tax adjustments and then applying the override to that collection. The tax overrides will apply to both, online sales and Shopify POS sales.
