How do i make my logo list 4 wide on mobile for the theme warehouse? The one at the top of the home screen with all the Car Brands.

On your theme.css file there is a class called .quick-links__link, change the width property to 25%
To get to that file you need to go to Themes → Edit code → Assets folder → theme.css

I am sorry but this still did not change the mobile screen. I tried the code above and below
