When charging a client using POS, the decimal value appears as an (,) instead of an (.). Some of the clients are complaining, out of not knowing, that I could be charging them thousands instead of hundreds. Ex: it shows as $20,00 instead of $20.00. The phone setting is using the (.) How can I change it?
Please follow the steps as below:
- Go to the Settings on your device where you have the Shopify POS app installed.
- Look for the Language & Region or General settings.
- Locate the option for regional formats or decimal separator.
- Change the decimal separator from (,) to (.) to match your desired format.
- Save the changes and exit the settings.
