How can I adjust the H1 header in the Hulk theme for SEO?

Hi! I am using the Hulk theme and want to adjust my h1 header for SEO optimization. Using SEO minion or Detailed Analysis, no h1 header is defined or the following is displayed: Image (Alt text = “Compamy Name”)

I know where to find the h1 header (theme.css.liquid), but how can I adjust it?
