How can I adjust the 'shop now' button size on mobile in the dawn theme?

hi! Does anyone know how I can change the size for the “shop now” button on header from the dawn theme? It only allows me to change the position on the desktop version, but I need to change the size of the square outline for the mobile because it’s too big!
