### Our return policy is effective for 30 days after receiving the ordered product.
**Simply, we offer 30-day returns!** You have 30 days to return the items you received from the date of receiving them. The items must be **physically returned to our warehouse within 30 days.** Please be reminded that when you **RETURN** the products, **you must cover the shipping charges.**

The received product might be replaced with the SAME PRODUCT with the SAME SIZE & COLOR.
**EXCHANGE**
The received product might be exchanged with the SAME PRODUCT with a DIFFERENT SIZE AND/OR COLOR.
**REPLACE or EXCHANGE TERMS**
- **Processing these requests will take up to 15 – 20 days,** placing the requested orders and delivering of the replaced or exchanged products to your shipping address. EXCLUDING: the days to take for the return shipping, quality checks and investigation of the returned items.
- With proper and reasonable evaluation regarding the current status of your ordered products, a replacement or an exchange of the received item/s is **applicable if and only if the requested product/s** to be “replaced” or “exchanged” is/are **still available or in stock.**
To be eligible for a return, it is better to take a video upon opening the package and see if the ordered products are in good condition.
Your item/s must be all of the following:
- Unused, unwashed, unstained and must be in the same condition that you received it/them;
- With the intact or undamaged *nth Grade* logo;
- with the original tags or labels;
- Must be in its original packaging;
- Must include all items that are included in the package;
- With any free items that came with the product;
Returns registered **separately** or with different order numbers shall be **returned separately,** not in one package. Please understand that combining registered returns will SLOW DOWN THE RETURN PROCESS.
**These conditions are applied if you are ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN was well.**
If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all, do accept our sincerest apologies. Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us!
We are happy to replace or exchange any item (if you are eligible) that we missed the mark on after certain inspection has been done.
**RETURN REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS**
- Take as clearly as possible the photos and videos of the following:

<dt>- the *nth Grade* logo on each product received</dt>
<dt>- the sizes received (showing the measurement of the items using a tape measure that shows clearly the deficiency in the size of the item you have ordered)</dt>
<dt>- the color/s of the product/s received</dt>
<dt>- the product quantity</dt>
- Fill out the [Return/Refund Form](https://nthgrade.com/pages/return-refund-form).
<dt>- If there are multiple products in an order, **please submit one Return/Refund Form for each product** and identify the product details.</dt>
Please note that it will **take up to 15 to 20 days** to return your items to our warehouse. However, that depends on the courier you choose to ship the items to return address.
Once we received the returned items, our Support Team will contact and update you via email as soon as possible. They will inform you on what to do about the products to be returned and we sincerely ask for your cooperation despite such unfortunate occurrence.
**This process can take up to 7 days**. Rest assured that we will conduct quality checks and will properly investigate the details and the procedure occurred from the time of ordering the products to the shipping of the products to our warehouse.
We will notify you through an email of the approval or rejection of your refund as soon as were done with the investigation.
- **IF APPROVED**
<dt>We will explain thoroughly the result of our investigation with regards to the returned item’s status and your refund will be processed immediately.</dt>
<dt>After processing your refunds, it will appear in your account with the following additional probable number of days:</dt>
- Credit/Debit Cards: 10 days
- Bancnet Cards: 10 days
- PayPal: 30 days
- E-wallets/ OTCs / Online Banking: 7 days
Please note that banks may require additional time to process before your refund is officially posted. Your refund may not show until your account’s next monthly billing cycle in the cade of credit cards.
**Notes:**
- When you used Credit, Debit, BancNet cards or PayPal payment methods to make orders, your refund will be refunded onto these original payment methods.
- When you used E-wallets, Over-the-Counter and Online Banking transactions, your refund will be refunded to the agreed payment method.
- **IF DECLINED**
<dt>Sadly, we can’t make any refund. Based on the current status regarding the ordering, processing, delivering to return shipping of your items, we make sure that everything was properly investigated to have fair judgement on both parties. </dt>

- **Any item that gets lost during the return shipping**

Refunds **WILL BE GRANTED** if:
- **We delivered the incorrect product, size, and/or color**
These will be verified based on the ordered product details and shipping information you submitted.
- **We delivered defective or damaged items**
If the product has a manufacturing defect, then your order/s might be replaced with the same item free of charge.
- **We delivered to the incorrect address**
If the shipping address you entered did match the shipping address we delivered, then there’s no excuse for this issue not to be resolved immediately.
- **You did not receive the ordered items**
Apologies for this unfortunate event. Rest assured that this will be properly investigated especially that all of our deliveries are being tracked.
Oh no! No refund yet? To ensure that this will be resolved, please do the following:
- **Credit, Debit, BancNet and PayPal**
<dt>Check your (bank) account one more time and contact them regarding the issue. Note that the refund may take some processing time (10 days or more) before your refund is officially posted.</dt>
<dt>In some cases, you will have to wait for your next monthly billing cycle to check if your refunded was posted.</dt>
