How can I alternate two announcements in one bar on my store?

Hi there,

I am having trouble figuring out how to remove one of the two announcement bars appearing on my store. Ideally, I would like to have 2 announcements that alternate on the announcement bar and just have one announcement bar in total (removing the second one that falls below the first). If you can please help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you in advance and I look forward to speaking soon. :slightly_smiling_face:
