It’s hard to know where to start, this Shopify community is huge!

I have just had my website recreated in Shopify with ecommerce and POS. I don’t know to much about working with websites. I was wondering if there is a way to do a complete backup to the existing program so that if I mess it up to much, I can recover my last saved backup.
