Hi @

Your store is simple and nice, but it is missing pages to make your site legal. Example: Shipping, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Terms of Service…

Your items do not have Size guides.

  1. Add an About Us page to build trust

  2. Reduce the width of the store

  3. Legal Pages are missing

  4. Design of the Homepage could be improved

  5. Little more spacing is required between two sections

Your store needs to be redesigned and optimized properly to improve conversion

Hi @JSHSP ,

This is Kate from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder app.

I’m genuinely impressed, especially knowing you’re just starting out. Your site has a stylish flair while remaining clean, clear, and professional. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions to improve your conversion rates:

1. Add the hero banner for your homepage

You should have the hero banner with a CTA button on your homepage. A hero banner with a Call-to-Action (CTA) button is crucial for store homepages as it immediately captures visitor attention, succinctly communicates key brand messages or offers, and guides them toward desired actions like shopping or signing up. This combination of visual appeal and strategic guidance not only enhances the user experience but also significantly boosts conversion rates, making it an essential tool for driving sales and engagement.

2. Use color option swatches for your product pages

Color option swatches on product pages to provide a visual and intuitive shopping experience. Swatches allow customers to easily view and select from different color variations of a product, enhancing user engagement and decision-making. This visual representation not only improves the aesthetic appeal of the product page but also helps in reducing confusion, leading to a more satisfying shopping experience and potentially higher conversion rates.

3. Add the Size Guide in your product page

It helps customers make informed decisions about their purchases, reducing the likelihood of returns due to size issues. A clear and accessible size guide enhances customer confidence in choosing the correct fit, leading to higher satisfaction and loyalty, and ultimately contributes to a decrease in return rates, saving both the customer and the business time and resources.

You can set it with the accordion menu, it just show a short title and then show detail information when customer click on.

4. Have a testimonial section in your homepage

Including customer testimonials, ratings, or reviews prominently on the home page and product pages can significantly boost trust and credibility. This social proof can be a powerful motivator for new customers to make a purchase.

5. Prepare for the holiday campaign

Example: Valentine is coming soon, you should prepare for the promotion with some way such as: Valentine template, the countdown timer, discount,… to promote customer buy your product more.

I hope you find these suggestions helpful in optimizing your website’s conversion rate. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I wish you the best of luck with your online venture.

Best regards,

A couple of suggestions:

  1. Having models wearing the hoodies would be great if possible

  2. More CTAs – like sales deals highlighting a product – Buy Now before their gone

  3. Differentiate the popular hoodies / best sellers somehow – testimonials – an X left in stock icon

  4. Add a chatbot that can give product recommendations or talk to your customers, like Claros https://apps.shopify.com/claros

Hello kate,

The recommendations you gave are very informative.

Thank you very much.

I agree with the suggestions here! Your website is nice and simple. However, it is missing a few things, I usually checkout when I am buying clothes online. Some of those things are a shipping policy, shipping options, return policy and procedure, size guide. You could also give more information about the product, material, wash instructions, or the graphic to make your page more informative for the visitors. Hope this helps!

Hello @JSHSP ,

Starting a new Shopify store can be both exciting and challenging, so kudos to you for taking the leap! It’s understandable to want to increase both website visits and conversion rates.

Firstly, it’s crucial to ensure that your store is optimized for conversions. Make sure your website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and has clear calls-to-action. Consider offering incentives such as discounts or free shipping to encourage conversions.

In terms of marketing, consider diversifying your efforts. Utilize social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook to showcase your products and engage with potential customers. Collaborate with influencers or run targeted ads to reach a broader audience.

Moreover, consider leveraging the power of social proof to build trust and credibility with your audience. You might want to explore apps like ‘Iconic Sales Pops’ (https://apps.shopify.com/iconic-sales-pops), which display real-time notifications of recent purchases on your store. These notifications can create a sense of urgency and encourage visitors to make a purchase.

Keep experimenting with different marketing strategies and closely monitor your analytics to see what works best for your store. Best of luck with your Shopify journey.

Focusing on the product pages themselves. I think you should change the way product images are displayed. As of right now, products with many photos run down the length of the page and make it abnormally long. I believe shoppers generally prefer a carousel rather than having to continuously scroll down the page.

Also, Id recommend reassessing your product descriptions. Right now they are fine but they lack enticement, Be more descriptive and speak to what your ideal customer wants to hear.

I launched Crowly some weeks ago to help merchants like you automate conversion rate optimization.

In basic terms it auto-generates descriptions and/or pricing and continuously tests the best performer against new ones. As traffic comes in, the app will find the ideal pricing and descriptions for each of your products

Alternatively, If you prefer a more hands-on approach, you can handpick descriptions and pricing to test (generic A/B testing).

The app has a free plan + I’d really love some feedback as well!

If you like it, i’d be happy to send you an app credit so you can test out the Plus plan.

All the best,

Ethan
