How can I change my payout bank account details?

Hi,

I am having a problem changing my Payout Details.

When I enter the old bank account details and enter the new bank account details I get the message "Old account must match the information we have on file" after i click the save button.

Please can you help me resolve this issue as i am not clear on what to do.

Consider sending an email to merchant support, they can look into the account.
