I have a homepage for my store, however have created a new page template that I wish to be my homepage instead. Is there a way to change which page I have assigned to my homepage?
I am using Dawn theme

Regards your concern, I’m so sorry but it will be hard because Shopify doesn’t have a native function that can change your template to the homepage yet.
However you can try this, and please remember to try this on a duplicated draft theme to make sure everything is fine.
Step1: Duplicate your theme => Click more action > Edit code
Step2: Find your template name in the search box and copy all the content inside it.
Step3: Replace it with the current homepage code file
