How can I change the cart icon in the Symmetry theme?

Hello,

I’m trying to figure out how to change the cart icon for the symmetry theme. It looks like it may require going into the code. Any help would be great!

Please follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: You need to download the cart icon as svg.

  • Step 2: Upload file icon in Assets. Example file name is: icon-cart.svg

  • Step 3: Go to header.liquid file, find ‘cart-link__icon’ and change code:

Am I suppose to delete the all the code you highlighted in the box and replace it with the new code? Or do I just change a section of it?
