If you’re looking to be able to change your store’s currency after having made a sale, you would need to be reaching out for account support via our Help Centre.

In cases where you’re not able to proceed to access these support options and you find you’re being looped back to the Help Centre again, we can run a few checks on the browser you’re using there.

Firstly, make sure your browser is fully updated, and try clearing the cache there to see if this allows you to proceed.

I’d also check to ensure your browser is supported for use with Shopify.

Once you have run those checks and you’re using an updated, supported browser with a clear cache you should be able to access support using the Help Centre link.
