When I go to ship an order. Next to the weight is the format. It’s set at lbs every time but I ship smaller items and have to change it to oz. Any way to update this?

I’m currently using the shopify shipping as the shipping platform and don’t see that as an option.
Go to settings > Store Details > Time zone and units of measurement

If you head to Settings > Store details you should be able to set your store’s default weight unit to ounces instead of pounds:
If it is set to pounds by default, please try setting this option to ounces and see if this helps.
