On our site www.cosmeticalbeauty.co.uk we have 2 shipping locations. One is where the supplier directly dispatches to the customer and the other we dispatch here.
Because there are two, if a customer places an order with say 1 item from each location, they are charged two shipping costs. Is it possible to make sure they only get charged once?
At present I have had to move all stock in the inventory to one place which means orders are going to the supplier for things they don’t even stock where I then cancel them. This stops the double charges for now.
Any advice would be great.
