Great question!
To make sure that your checkout process is working as expected, you can place a test order using the Bogus Gateway here. This gateway test will help you simulate transactions and make sure the settings for order processing, inventory, shipping, email notifications, and taxes are all correct.
You can also use a real payment provider, and then immediately cancel and refund the order. I’ll link you the steps on how to place a test order here. After you place your test orders, make sure to turn off test mode as well.
If you have payment gateways already set up, it’s important to review your payment settings to ensure that they are properly configured. If there are any issues with your payment settings, it could potentially prevent customers from successfully completing their orders.
I’d also recommend checking over your shipping set up. It’s crucial to verify that your shipping rates are correct. If there are any issues with your shipping settings, it could potentially prevent customers from successfully completing their orders.

Thanks for the feedback to the initial question by WJSDESIGN. I have a new ecommerce website and I’m having the same issues. I’ve been running TikTok ads and I’ve had about 10 sessions reach the checkout but, no conversion.
