How can I complete my Facebook and Instagram setup for increased sales?

I would like to talk to someone regarding my Shopify store. i am not savvy in following technical instructions that are sent to me by email or chat. i would like a phone call and have someone explain.

We can not make sales because our Facebook and instagram apps are not completed.
