How can I completely remove the checkout option from my online store?

I have a construction company and worked with shopify a lot. It’s my favorite when it comes to building websites.

In my case I only need an information page and maybe a Menü with our services, an about us page and a contact us page.

There is no need for buying or adding something to cart. I think the opportunity to. contact us will be the most important.

I need help how to remove the add to cart and checkout page completely from my online store.

Yes it is possible to disable the checkout option by using the Cart Lock https://apps.shopify.com/cart-lock app easily. Here is how you can do it:.

  1. Open the app and click on the “Add a new rule” button.
  2. Click “Add a new condition” and select the “Cart total” then put 1 in the “Block if more than” field.
  3. In the “Error message” field, add “Sorry, you cannot purchase online”.
  4. Save the rule.

Now your customers cannot checkout or purchase in your store.
