Hiding SKU (stock keeping unit) display on product pages and packing slips across Shopify themes. The original poster’s new “Veggie” theme shows SKUs, unlike their current theme.
Confirmed fix for Veggie: add CSS “p.product-sku { display: none; }” at the bottom of Assets > timber.scss.liquid. This successfully hides SKU on product pages. Hiding SKUs on packing slips was not addressed or resolved.
For the Debut theme, helpers reviewed a password-protected site and found no SKU displaying; they suggested a theme customization toggle may control SKU visibility. No code changes were provided.

I still need help with hiding product skus. My theme just change over to json and I am having trouble hiding skus and creating a better product filter. I could easily switch back over to the older version of the theme but I like some of the newer features so much more. The older version just had an amazing product filter. Now I am forced to create all these different collections and adding them to my navigation. Please help.

Thank you so much, I actually figured out how to hide the skus, now all I
need to figure out is how to get my filter back so my customers can easily
filter through products; for example women’s, Men’s, color, brand, season,
color, etc…
