I have a tabs section on my product page and the icons in that section come out blurry. I Believe its because of the file type (PNG) and the file size (11px by 11px). I believe the issue will be solved by converting the file type to SVP, however, I’m not sure how to change it.

but if you have already blurry image so same result in svg so make sure user proper svg or similar svg icon
I don’t think when you change to SVG it will render well.
I think you should re-change the image to a better size, maybe 100x100px and then just render it with the size 11x11px as it is, it will be more detailed.
