How can I correct shipping setup for products made in Turkey but sold from Mexico?

Hi!

I’m completely new to this so maybe my question is dumb but, anyways. I’m “selling” my products from Mexico (my Shopify store is set up in Mexico) but the person that actually makes my products is in Turkey.

So now the delivery is kind of messed up because the store thinks I deliver from mexico. it’s easier if my friend ships the product directly from Turkey to the customer location. instead of:
Him sending the product to me and then
me sending the product to the customer.

Right?
So what’s the best solution in this scenario?

Also, the free shipping, in any case, would be from within Europe not in Mexico or North America. I’m saying this because I saw that my account automatically calculates the shipping outside Mexico.

Finally, once someone buys my product does Shopify collect and deliver the product or how is this done? If so, can I disable this, since like I said, my friend who is the one that makes the products is based in Turkey.

I forgot to add, since this are handmade products there is no way we can deliver in 2-3 days. can I change this?
