How can I create a transparent header on the Empire 2023 theme?

Hi, I would like to have a transparent header on my Empire theme’s front page. Previous responses did not work. Can someone please help?

Sorry for having trouble with that mostly free themes have similar codes. And the paid theme need to have custom code. Do you mind sharing your URL and Password if have?
