How can I create a video page before my homepage?

I want to create a page with a video before my homepage. Which then links to a homepage like in this demo I found. https://demo3.plain-jane-lite.com/. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

To create a landing page with a video that links to your homepage on Shopify, first create a new page in Shopify admin and embed your video using HTML. Then, add a button or link below the video directing to your homepage. Set this video page as the default landing page in your theme’s navigation settings for the desired effect similar to the demo.

@Skitz you can also create it as a pop-up that will cover the whole page and when somebody clicks home page it will just close pop-up. You can use app for this.

But during this time when the intro video loads then it also shows the header and footer. Any solution for this?
