How can I customize icon text for individual product pages?

Hello,

I am adding icons with text to my product page. I want the text to be customised for each product page as the purity might be different, usage would be different. For a few product page I would also like to have different icons.

As of now when I change text of icon for one product it changes for all.

Please let me know how to do it.
