Hi Guys, i am struggling to find the settings for the newsletter confirmation pop-up. The pop-up appears in yellow & green, which doesn’t suit my store aesthetic at all.

If you’re using a popup that’s built into the theme, then you can check under the theme settings within the Theme editor. From there, you can try looking for a Popup section as well as checking under the Colors settings.
In this example using the Mobilia theme, there is a separate Popup section within the theme settings but the option to adjust the colours is located under the Colors settings - titled Newsletter popup. If you’re not seeing any options to change the colours of the popup, then you may need to change the colours through custom coding. If you’re using a Shopify-supported theme, then this is something that our Theme Support team can help you with via the Shopify Help Center. However, if you’re using a third-party or custom theme, then we’d recommend getting support for your theme from the theme designers. If the theme designers don’t offer customization support, then you can also consider hiring a developer to assist you with your theme. Should you need help finding a developer, then we’d encourage taking a look at our directory of certified developers on Shopify Partners.
As suggested by @AbulHasib , it’s also possible that a newsletter popup can be installed using a third-party app. So if you’re using an app for the popup function, then you’ll need to check the app settings in order to adjust the colours for the popup. If you need to get help with a third-party app, then the app developer is always available to assist you. Simply reach out to them using the contact information found at the bottom of their app’s page.
