im having a problem, I need help! All of a sudden My online store is offering cash on delivery. Even though I have not selected that option on my store. I wanted to disactivate it but I couldn’t as I couldn’t find any option that allows that to happen.

You can disable Cash on Delivery on Shopify by opening your Settings > Payments > scroll down a lot > click on the Manage button in the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method > click on Deactive:

This didnt worked for me I need to diable the option. This is still showing even though I’ve already deactivated the option.
You can easily do that with Vista Payment Customization Rules.
All you need to do is
select “Always” condition
Add COD as payment method
Select “Hide”
Save the rule
COD will always be hidden at checkout.
You can add other conditions as well such as low total order value or certain products.
