How can I decrease the font size in my pop-up areas?

I can’t seem to find the area to reduce the font sizes of my pop ups. So far they need to be fixed in the item added to your cart pop up, search bar pop up, and the choose option pop up from the product page. I have attached photos for your viewing. I am using the craft theme.

I only need to adjust the fonts. I have everything else done. It is the craft theme that I am using. I am assuming I would need to go into the html to update but would like direction.
