We want to delete another account that is linked to an email we want to use for our official store. We currently have a store with our personal emails linked to it, but the official email is tied to another account (without store). I logged in and tried to delete it but there is no option to do so. How can we do this?

As mentioned by @nishanttbi , you can follow those steps (included in this help document) to close your account. You mentioned that you were unable to delete your account — if you follow these steps and still run into an issue, could you share a screenshot of what you see? You should be able to close your account even if your Shopify plan doesn’t include an online store, so I’d defintiely want to investigate that with you. Just let me know if you still run into problems!
If you didn’t want to close this account, you have a few options. Your first is to simply create another store using the same email/login, since you can have multiple accounts and stores using the same email. Whenever you log into Shopify, you’d just select which store you want to work on. To start a new store with a 14-day trial, you can sign up here and enter in the same email (which will prompt you to log into your already existing account). Alternatively, you can simply change the email associated with the account you’re dealing with. You can find the steps for changing your account owner email in this help document. Lastly, if you wanted to keep the same account but add an online store, you could upgrade your plan to one that includes an online store.
