Thanks for your message, I would be happy to offer you some suggestions for this. Are you looking to specifically follow the menu set up on the example image you shared? If so, you can certainly create this quick-link menu list by heading to Online store>Navigation>Footer and setting up your menus and drop-down options as you see fit.

In regards to payment icons, When you add a social media account to your theme settings, it is automatically displayed in your footer. If you head to our Debut theme help center guide, you can take a look at the footer section for a complete walkthrough of what is available and how to add it to your footer section.
