How can I disable the dark mode on my Simple theme page?

After almost 4 years, I just noticed there’s a dark theme on my page (for some reason I only noticed in Samsung browser app).

Is there a way to disable it? I’m using Simple theme. I looked everywhere and couldn’t find a solution.
