How can I display automatic discounts on the cart in Dawn Theme?

Hi there

Could anyone help me how to display an automatic discount on the cart? I’m using Dawn Theme and it doesn’t show the discount until the check-out/payment page. I would like customers to see the discount on the cart immediately when activated. (Buy two and get 15% off)

Thank you, but I just think it sucks that I have to use an app for this - it should be an obvious possibility to show the customer the discount as soon as they achieved it…

That’s the limit of Shopify and don’t know why they dont do that a default feature.

I think at least we can have a static banner on the cart page to said something like ‘Hey we are having a promotion buy 2 get 15% off and you will see it on the checkout’
