How can I display product variants as separate items in my online store?

Hi - I have products that have multiple variants (ie: shorts with 4 different colors) - How can I split them so that all 4 will show as different products on my online store?

Hello! This should be done on the backend. You should create all of your products as separate products.

Without doing it on the backend, it is very difficult to code it into your website so split one product with 4 variants into 4 different products. It is much easier to just have 4 different products and link them together.

What do you mean by “Link Them Together”? How can this be done?

This requires rather difficult liquid coding to link them back up. If you would like help doing this, I can do it for $300. Or you can use a Shopify Expert.
