How can I edit code to modify password page layout and remove email signup?

Does anyone know how I can edit my password page code to outline the text to the left (instead of centred)?

I’d also like to remove the email signup form from the password page. But there’s no option to do this in the theme settings, so I’d like to hide it by editing the code.

Can someone help me with the correct code to do both of these things?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
