How can I edit the footer in my free theme?

Hi,

I’m just wondering how to remove the very bottom of the footer of my free shopify theme that says (© 2021, Row-A-Boat. Powered by Shopify) how do i delete this? It doesn’t seem like there is any way to get rid of it. Do i have to pay for a theme to not have this?
