Hi Guys - I am looking for some functions in Shopify that can enable the seller and buyer to chat/update status in the chatroom after the buyer finished the order. As my shop will requires the buyer to provide proof after paying, I need a chatroom/message board to let the buyer upload the screencap/receipt. Do you guys have any ideas? Thanks!
