I’m fairly new to shopify, so I apologise if this is a basic answer. I have a client I’m helping them build a store for.
They are a local print company, and have just gone into printing T-Shirts on demand. So I am trying to build a platform where customers can upload or create their own designs, like many of the systems out there.. but instead of it going to a printing service, the artwork goes to us, for manufacturer..
Is there any apps or components that could be the solution for this? Some type of product mockup? Or something.

How many different products are you looking to have? You may want to have a look into Zakeke Customizer, it should be relevant to what you are looking to achieve- check their demo and fees.
Alternatively, you can build custom product pages intended for each structure/artwork - however, for this, you may need to consider hiring a developer.
