How can I establish an online community for my nonprofit?

Hi all,

I am wanting to create a online members community for my nonprofit. A way where members can stay connected. Does shopify offer a way to create this? Perhaps theres an app to do that? My search was quick but I didnt see anything in particular that I thought would work. I figured a online member community would be a great way for members to interact.
