If I get you correctly, you are an Amazon associate helping to advertise products for commission and you’ll like to add Shopify to your sales channels as well, right?
If I’m correct, you can have a Shopify store affiliate store just the same way as a dropshipping store. There are apps for synchronizing affiliate products on Shopify just like dropshipping products. You have your store set up just like every other store, displaying the products normally but whenever order is placed, it will be fulfilled through Amazon and you earn your commission.
