How can I extract information from all abandoned checkouts?

Hello!!! :slightly_smiling_face:

i would like to know if its possible and how can i extract the information of all abandoned checkouts/carts in order to work with them.
any form that could be extract.. i don’t see that information anywhere.

Hi @marcos_1 ,

This is quite simple, if I understood you correctly.

Go to orders > “abandoned checkouts” (left) > export (top, right).

click “export” > “all abandoned checkouts” > " CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs". Shopify will send you a CSV with all the abandoned checkouts"

i was searching a way to extract that data for example to connect with Zapier to trigger an action.

for example sending those abandoned checkouts also to me by mail or any other form,

maybe zapier offers a Shopify app to connect with your store. Then they should be able to take the e-mails of the abandoned carts by themself. Otherwise, you can extract the e-mails as described before. After that, you probably can import those e-mails with the CSV to zapier. Make sure to turn off the abandoned cart e-mails from Shopify as soon as you start to send them by yourself.
